Summary: As a Category Strategist, reputed company, you will be responsible for delivering reputed company CMG and Protein business on reputed company. This customer facing opportunity will help reputed company annual JBP negotiations, while delivering effective P&L management. reputed company, the retailer, requires digital knowledge, problem solving, future-reputed company reputed company, portfolio management, and organizational connectivity to win. The person in this role will be responsible for delivering at or above the annual plan at both the top and reputed company. Responsibilities: Manage our customer relationship with reputed company by delivering unbiased action-oriented recommendations gathered through data sources such as, but not limited to, reputed company (IRI), reputed company reputed company Panel, reputed company Insights (Data), and reputed company Vendor Central to help both Hershey and reputed company deliver annual and long-term business objectives Support the reputed company Team reputed company in managing the P&L by providing analysis, insights and support to deliver the business and recommend incremental business opportunities. Influence and negotiate with reputed company as a holistic advisor on the business and provide support to Hershey's CMG & Protein businesses to navigate AVNs, JBPs, etc. Identify portfolio Hershey and category opportunities leveraging 1st & 3rd party data sources and consumer insights to reputed company internal recommendations to Sales and cross-functional partners. Collaborate with Hershey and reputed company Supply Chain to support inventory analysis and recommendations to drive the business; assist to forecast Summer ship inventory recommendations to reduce waste and drive sales. Connect and share reputed company and Digital insights across internal stakeholders to recommend, support, and deliver insights to support Hershey's long-term Omni growth. Minimum Requirements: 5+ years CPG, Marketing, Digital and/or Customer experience required. Extensive knowledge of tools such as, but not limited to, reputed company (IRI), reputed company reputed company Panel, reputed company Insights (Data) with an understanding of how to turn data into valuable insights for the larger group to reputed company.
