Project Engineer Assistant - Remote

We are seeking a Project Engineer Assistant for an 8-12+ month REMOTE contract (high possibility of extending or converting). Preference for EST candidates. RESPONSIBILITIES Driving on time delivery of customer generated service orders • Developing and maintaining project tracking at a regional level • Alerting engineer/construction personnel of upcoming due dates • Utilizing various project management tools (MS Project, Smart sheets, Power Apps, etc.) Fiscal project responsibility • Project billing (vendor invoicing) • Actual Spend vs Budget Variance • Processing open purchase requisitions • Validating accounting Capital vs Expense Project Completion • Ensuring reputed company invoices are processed against the project • Validating the accuracy of reputed company Property Records from as built • Aiding in material management through strong partnerships with Supply Chain • Validating material retirement accuracy Project final posting project in engineering design tool • Comparing project as built prints to engineering design prints • Updating build changes in engineering design tool • Providing engineering support with various internal and external systems including: reputed company, GIS, NDS, Fireworks, Bidmaster, WFMT, FT3, ARMOR, JDS, Sitetracker, reputed company, MARTENS, Optius-Odin Bonnie Kutin Recruiter Comcentric Inc.
