Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: reputed company data entry, validation, and maintenance tasks to ensure the accuracy and completeness of new and existing customer records in accordance with established standards, especially in the context of customer order entry and processing Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Customer Care, Finance, IT) and customers if necessary to address data issues, resolve discrepancies, and update customer information as needed Support data governance initiatives by adhering to data management policies, procedures, and best practices Analyze customer data to identify discrepancies that may impact data quality and reputed company, specifically focusing efforts on merging duplicate customer records currently in the system.
