Job Overview We are actively seeking passionate and driven individuals to join our Community Links team as Supported Education Counselors. In this vital role, you will provide innovative Wellness & Recovery Supported Education services to both young adults and older adults throughout reputed company. Your primary focus will be to assist individuals in achieving their educational aspirations through a broad reputed company of personalized support services. Many individuals grappling with significant mental health challenges encounter disruptions in their educational and career trajectories during late adolescence or young adulthood.
