Such as working in a fantastic office in central London (nearest mainline Cannon Street with bank and monument being walkable... distance) Responsibilities: • Deliver top-notch customer service, consistently exceeding expectations. • Resolve customer issues, complaints, and inquiries reputed company. • Manage conflicts effectively and provide meaningful solutions. • Record detailed notes in the CRM system after each interaction. • Anticipate customer needs and ensure compliance with regulations. • Handle damage, loss, and contract management. • Build strong, lasting relationships with customers. • Collaborate with other teams to meet and exceed targets.
