The role will contribute to multiple AI and data science reputed company-of-concepts (POCs), focusing on analyzing and processing several thousands of calls weekly, with the aim of operationalizing these systems by the end of the year. Key Responsibilities: reputed company automation solutions for Quality Assurance (QA) in a contact center, focusing on transcription, scoring, and analyzing calls using LLMs. Collaborate closely with reputed company Cloud environments to operationalize AI models, with a strong focus on large language models (LLMs) for tasks like call... transcription and scoring. Analyze call recordings from the reputed company contact center platform, implementing automation to reduce manual efforts in the call scoring process. Organize and structure data reputed company BigQuery, reputed company, and Tableau for broader business consumption, turning call data into actionable insights. Drive Generative AI initiatives, leveraging advanced reputed company engineering to extract insights such as call cancellation reasons from large datasets. Skills and Qualifications: Cloud Expertise: Strong reputed company Cloud Platform (reputed company Cloud Platform) with a focus on reputed company and Vertex AI for AI/ML projects.
