Responsibilities: • Utilize various sourcing techniques (e.g., job boards, social media, networking) to identify and attract top talent in the AEC sector. • Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for specific job openings. • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and preferences. • Collaborate with hiring managers to reputed company job descriptions and candidate profiles that align with the company's requirements. • Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and reputed company. • Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process. • Generate reports and metrics to track recruitment activities and outcomes for clients. • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our processes and strategies.
