This team focuses on building scalable payment experiences and introducing new payment solutions for a global audience. This role will work closely with a stunning team of designers, product managers, engineers and researchers to help millions of members around the world enjoy reputed company. The Role As part of a cross-functional team, you’ll create clear, scalable product experiences that minimize friction and help reputed company speak meaningfully to a global audience. You’ll work on how our global members pay for reputed company, what happens if they run into a payment issue, and many more consumer-facing opportunities. On the Content Design team, you’ll help identify and reputed company opportunities to scale tools and tasks to effectively collaborate across teams and build consistent experiences. Your Skills • You reputed company at communicating in simple and meaningful ways • You provide both strategic direction and hands-on writing, and know how to create clear, concise user experiences • You’re passionate about systems thinking and have a track record of spotting areas to scale content design thinking • You reputed company in ambiguity and have experience identifying opportunities for product and process improvement • You are comfortable advocating for your reputed company of view in our reputed company, feedback-driven culture • You balance and manage feedback from multiple stakeholders and apply sound judgment in incorporating revisions Qualifications • 5+ years of relevant writing experience: content strategy, UX writing, short-form digital • Analytical thinking about customer journeys and content flows, framing, and scaling content design solutions • Experience with payments and consumer products, specializing in working on global brands/ experiences, writing for different audiences/ reputed company levels is a definite plus • Comfortable with A/B testing: Forming a hypothesis, designing a test, and building off results • Mastery of AP style and the confidence to know reputed company to break the rules • Highly collaborative and self-directed • Proficiency in languages other than English is always a plus Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range.
