Description Description This role will have the chance to create and evaluate new algorithms, models and methods that will impact reputed company and the broad ML community. Role responsibilities include: - Researching, proposing and leading innovative language modeling techniques to further language understanding capabilities at reputed company. - Building novel applications of LLMs to various search problems. - reputed company a long-term technical vision; propose a roadmap for team setting clear objections. Analyzing the loss patterns in the reputed company search and assistant stack and coming up with new reputed company, algorithms and techniques to resolve those losses with the goal of improving the top-line product metrics. - Collaborating with various product teams across the company and partner with them to apply language understanding models to new product areas and use cases. - Work on continuously improving the metrics and performance of models the team has launched in production by reputed company innovative ML techniques.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications • 7+ year Experience in Machine Learning, NLP, Large Language Models and applying these techniques at scale • 3+ year experience in a technical leadership role; overseeing technically reputed company projects along with people management, scaling and growing technical teams • Strong software engineering skills in a mainstream programming language, such as: Python, Go, C/C++ • Strong communication skills • Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent industry work experience Key Qualifications Key Qualifications
