Responsible for managing the implementation of our MiTek Software Suite with existing MiTek accounts, new MiTek accounts, or with new startups. This would include performing a Needs Analysis of their existing software. Installing and configuring the MiTek Suite. Training on the use of the MiTek Suite. Communicating with Product Management any issues or software enhancements required. Providing software demonstrations to prospective customers. Having regular meetings between our client and MiTek Sales to communicate how the conversion is proceeding. Job Responsibilities & Requirements Working with sales, the Software Deployment Specialist will be managing and performing the process of converting and/or deploying software at Component Manufacturers, Lumberyards and Framers to the MiTek Software Suite/Sapphire Supply.
