MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: • Experience teaching what you are applying for. • You can organize your lesson plan to fit into a scheduled time-frame and adjust it depending on student needs, if necessary. • Patience and kindness are a must! • Strong classroom management skills is a must, handling different personalities and prompting to reputed company hands. In addition, the following is preferred: • Training in college or other classes • Teaching credentials would be helpful but not required This job would NOT be a good fit for you if: • You want your own business teaching the same courses online, as the non-compete contract would prevent that.
