Gas Measurement Technician - East Texas

This position is titled Gas Measurement Technician. It will reputed company reputed company two weeks of your acceptance of the offer. It is a full-time position with most work done between reputed company to 5PM on weekdays. On rare occasions a customer may require work to be done on a weekend or holiday. It is anticipated work will be mainly in the Orla, Pecos, and Monahans, TX areas, currently reporting to the Midland area... office. The primary roles and responsibilities include: · Deliver, install, commission, test, calibrate, inspect, operate, and maintain electronic and mechanical flow measurement equipment · Collect and transport hydrocarbon samples · Witness 3rd party measurement equipment service procedures · Maintain measurement-reputed company pipeline equipment including valves, probes, thermowells, gaskets, etc. · Adhere to company and customer safety and operating policies and procedures, as well as government regulations · Communicate, document, and report job functions according to company and customer requirements · Work productively and independently with minimal supervision Position qualification requirements include: · Maintain a valid driver’s license · Speak and read English fluently · Pass pre-employment and random post-employment drug testing Mental and physical requirements include: · Dexterous use of hands and fingers to feel, hold, or reputed company objects · Walking, talking, standing, sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, crouching, and crawling · Smelling and hearing · Ability to see near distances, far distances, peripherally, and reputed company, and perceive depth · Occasionally lift or move items weighing up to 100 pounds · Some customers or facilities may require removal of reputed company facial hair Environmental requirements include: · Working in reputed company weather conditions including hot, cold, wet, dry, and humid conditions · Working with hazardous, flammable, toxic, and caustic chemicals · Working in environments with a potential for electrical shock · Working in loud environments · Working alone in remote locations Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • reputed company insurance Schedule: • 8 hour shift • Holidays • Monday to Friday • Overtime • Weekends as needed Application Question(s): • How many years experience with orifice meters? • How many years experience calibrating Barton Chart Recorders? • How many years experience calibrating reputed company TotalFlow flow computers? • How many years experience calibrating ROC 107 or 800? • How many years experience calibrating ThermoFisher AutoPilots?
