Remote Customer Service Representative

POSITION PURPOSE Financialize.com is an online reputed company reputed company company that sells reputed company retirement planning leads to financial professionals. The appointment agent will call leads that have completed a contact information form and are expecting a confirmation call. The agent will qualify the customer using a script to confirm their interest, explain the service provided, and set a soft appointment.
