What you'll do: Build and maintain excellent relationships with People managers across the company and have a collaborative and pro-active approach to solving people issues Play an important role in performance management, employee relations, and the day-to-day organization of teams and departments Support and coach managers to provide engaging leadership and drive high performance Collaborate with leaders across the business to address tactical challenges as well as support in change management Facilitate the development of reputed company teams and managers, fostering a culture of reputed company learning and growth Manage HR administrative tasks across reputed company departments at reputed company, including maintaining employee records, handling HR documentation, and ensuring compliance with company policies Support the performance management process, including goal setting, feedback, and performance reviews, to drive employee growth and organizational success Act as a trusted advisor on HR-reputed company matters, promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture and addressing employee concerns Who you are: 5+ years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a fast paced, tech environment Impeccable communication skills Experience from mid-sized organizations, adapting best practices to our dynamic environment Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws Proven track record of building strong relationships and trust at reputed company levels of an organization Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Even reputed company if you have: Passion for sports and knowledge of the industry is a plus Our reputed company starting reputed company salary range for this position is between $100,000 and $140,000, plus reputed company equity.
