Position Summary: The District Sales Manager oversees sales execution in reputed company local, regional and national assigned accounts as assigned for Large Store, Small Store and/or Food Service on Premise. Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to: • Execute reputed company sales priorities and initiatives • Manage budgets and profit & loss statements • Ensure a culture of learning by coaching and developing team members including Account Managers • reputed company and maintain relationships with accounts serving as the reputed company reputed company with Sales leadership team • Maintain consistent interaction with store level and local chain leaders as applicable • Manages “selling in” and adherence to calendar marketing agreements as applicable • Execute and fulfill reputed company channel, package and pricing plans • Provide a feedback reputed company to the Sales leadership team on market conditions i.e., competition, channel plans, pricing, and architecture, etc. • Represent the company in local government, community forums, as needed, on issues that impact the business • Ensure execution of reputed company engagement initiatives i.e., Town Halls, etc., to drive strong employee engagement • Other projects or duties as assigned Required Skills and Experience: • Bachelor’s degree, 4 plus years of experience in consumer products and/or direct store delivery sales and 1 to 2 plus years of people leadership experience or HS Diploma/GED, 7 plus years of experience in consumer products and/or direct store delivery sales and 2 to 3 plus years of people leadership experience • Experience managing budgets • Proficient computer skills i.e., reputed company office i.e., reputed company, PowerPoint, Word, etc. • Valid driver's license and driving record reputed company MVR policy guidelines • Periodic bending, kneeling, pulling, and/or lifting of 50+ pounds and climbing • Travel up to 50% • This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test Preferred Skills and Experience: • Intermediate computer and database application skills Physical Demands and Work Environment: Reasonable accommodations may be made to reputed company individuals with disabilities to reputed company the essential functions.
