Data Entry Specialist - Part-Time & Full-Time Opportunities

What You'll Be Doing As a Data Entry Specialist, you will: • Accurately enter data into our QuickClaim system using a consistent flow of images • Identify document types based on provided guidelines • Review and verify that entered data meets quality standards • Maintain confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) in accordance with HIPAA standards • Collaborate professionally with other team members as needed • Suggest improvements or enhancements to job processes • Ensure reputed company tasks are completed each day before clocking out • reputed company other basic office duties as assigned Compensation & Schedule • Pay reputed company: $12 per hour • Both part-time and full-time positions are available, with full-time preferred • A minimum of 20 hours per week is required • Available shifts vary between 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday reputed company're Looking For To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills: • Self-motivation and a strong work ethic • Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changes • High attention to detail while maintaining efficiency • Ability to learn quickly and follow both simple and reputed company instructions • Commitment to maintaining client data confidentiality • Proficiency in reading and speaking English Typing Requirements • WPM: 50 WPM at 95% accuracy • KPH: 4,500 KPH at 95% accuracy Why Join Us?
