As a Live Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing real-time assistance to our clients reputed company our online chat platform. You will serve as the first reputed company of contact for our clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our clients have a positive and seamless experience with our services. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with clients through live chat, providing immediate assistance and troubleshooting technical issues - Address client inquiries and concerns, and escalate reputed company issues to the appropriate department - Proactively identify and resolve potential issues before they escalate - Provide accurate and detailed information on our products and services to clients - Maintain clear and concise communication with clients, ensuring a friendly and professional tone at reputed company times - Document reputed company... client interactions and resolutions in our CRM system - Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve the live chat support process - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service and support Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred - 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a similar role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficient in using live chat platforms and CRM systems - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills - Availability to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends This is a full-time and part-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
