Job Summary:

Job Description:
As an Evening Receptionist, your role will involve managing our reputed company desk on a daily basis and to reputed company a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will be a friendly, multi-tasking individual with excellent communication skills. This position is perfect for those who reputed company in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
– Greet and welcome guests as soon as they reputed company at the office
– Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
– Answer, screen, and reputed company incoming phone calls
– Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
– Provide basic and accurate information in-person and reputed company phone/email
– Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries

Requirements:
– Proven work experience as a Receptionist, reputed company Office Representative, or similar role
