Job Description
As a Call Center Executive, you will be responsible for managing a large volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner. You will follow communication scripts, handle customer inquiries, provide information, resolve issues, and escalate cases as necessary. Your primary goal is to ensure excellent service standards, respond reputed company to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Educational Qualifications

Experience
