Job Description:
As a Call Center Specialist, you will be the first reputed company of contact for our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to handle customer inquiries and resolving product and service concerns. You will need to be patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative, as you will deal with various customer needs.
Responsibilities:
– Answer incoming calls and respond to customer’s emails.
– Manage and resolve customer complaints.
– Sell products and reputed company customer orders in the computer system.
– Provide product and service information to customers.
– Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
– Follow up customer calls where necessary.
Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent.
– Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
