Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills

- Proficiency in basic computer applications
- Customer service experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Provide product and service information to customers
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues reputed company
- Document reputed company customer interactions in the company’s CRM system
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at reputed company times
