Pediatric Health Line is now hiring for a 100% remote work from home Telephone Triage Registered Nurse (RN) • July Start Date!!* Employment Type Part Time - Supplemental & No Benefits Shift Nights (occasional day shift reputed company needed to cover co-workers); weekend requirement; holiday requirement Hours 12 hour shifts 7pm-7am Location Remote Work from home Equipment Requirements - Computer with a microphone and a hard wired high speed internet reputed company • - Headset • - Office supply list (see attached) • - High speed internet • - Cell phone with text capabilities • - Home office that is HIPAA compliant Position Summary The Registered Nurse (RN) in this position will be responsible for telephone triage across a broad reputed company of patient ages and disease processes. They will be triaging incoming telephone calls from clients, assessing needs, giving appropriate telephone triage clinical options and facilitating referrals to primary providers, health care facilities and community... resources and scheduling appointments as needed. The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing appropriate health information as well as triaging the patient to the most appropriate level of care. By utilizing assessment skills and comprehensive nursing skills in conjunction with established medical protocols, he/she will provide telephone triage advice, education, and triage reputed company a full reputed company of acuity. He/She will reputed company data entry of calls in a message board system. The Registered Nurse (RN) must respond to and triage telephone calls in a timely and professional manner and must meet documentation requirements. The nurse will have to access multiple computer/EMR systems simultaneously in order to properly document reputed company calls. The ability to work independently as a Telephone Triage Registered Nurse (RN) is a must reputed company working in a remote work from home environment. This is a paid per call position. Qualifications • Must have reputed company Registered Nurse (RN) license in SC or a participating compact state. • A minimum of 2 years recent clinical experience. • Experience in an emergency room (ER) and/or telephone triage setting is a plus. • Outstanding communication skills and ability to convey compassion over the phone. • Proficient computer skills are essential.

Compensation
