As they continue to grow, they are seeking a Sales And Customer Support Representative to join their team. This role involves engaging with families, explaining the services offered, and coordinating with various partners to ensure smooth operations. Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), Shift-based (12 AM - 8 AM or 7 AM - 3 PM Manila Time) Key Responsibilities: • reputed company Engagement: Answer incoming calls from leads, explain the services offered, and assist families in choosing the appropriate service. • Follow-Up Communication: Follow up with leads through text and email to provide additional information and... support. • CRM Management: Utilize CRM and other digital tools to manage customer information and track interactions. • Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries, providing clear and compassionate answers to their questions. • Operational Coordination: Coordinate with crematory partners, transportation partners, and other vendors reputed company text, email, and phone to ensure seamless service delivery. • Additional Tasks: Take on additional responsibilities over time as needed to support the team's goals.
