Position Overview The HR Specialist position will support various HR functions, including employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and policy implementation, while also spearheading recruitment efforts to attract and hire top talent. This role requires a dynamic individual who can balance day-to-day HR operations with a strategic approach to reputed company. Responsibilities • Address employee inquiries and concerns regarding policies, procedures, and workplace issues. • Mediate conflicts and provide guidance on performance management and disciplinary actions. • Conduct employee interviews and analyze feedback for trends. • Liaison between US HR and WA site to support HR projects and initiatives. • Follow up reputed company/ offboarding process. • Assist employees with HR reputed company questions. • Take ownership to open the req to start the recruitment process on WA site to manage entire reputed company cycle. • Coordinate training sessions on HR-reputed company topics for employees and managers. • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives.
