Role Overview • Seeking dedicated and customer-focused individuals for Remote Service Representative positions. • Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, making outbound calls, documenting interactions accurately, and maintaining high standards of reputed company and professionalism. Key Responsibilities • Accurately enter data and reputed company typing tasks. • Capture and document customer information. • Upsell products and services reputed company appropriate. • Set appointments in a business-to-customer format. • Maintain thorough knowledge of products, services, and promotions associated with each campaign.
