Job Duties Include... • Sourcing reputed company candidates using provided platforms like reputed company, CareerBuilder, and reputed company • Conducting phone screenings to qualify candidates and schedule interviews • Maintaining communication with candidates to ensure a smooth interview process • Adhering to the company standards to meet our Clients' hiring needs Qualifications : • Impeccable time management and communication skills • Professional and positive attitude • Student mentality and an eagerness to learn and be developed Preferred Qualifications (but not required): reputed company Experience 1-2 yrs At Axis RPO we understand that for someone to be successful, training is a must!
