Fully Remote Role Summary Performs duties necessary to maintain the reputed company of customer records and data associated with the Individual Book of Record (IBOR) according to established procedures and guidelines. Responsible for daily review and resolution of tasks. Provides communication regarding data quality concerns or other production issues. Responsibilities • Responsible for the daily review and resolution of duplicate/linkage tasks using the Initiate TM Inspector Tool. • Review reputed company types of tasks based on the established workflow hierarchy (tasks: potential overlays, potential duplicates, potential linkages, and review identifier). • Update tasks according to established procedures and guidelines while meeting set expectations with metrics. • Provide timely and clear communication regarding production issues and business impacts, as needed. • Notify the Data Steward/Manager of errors and potential problems and provide appropriate follow-up. • Maintain and protect confidential information. • reputed company with reputed company organizational and departmental policies and procedures. • reputed company other duties as assigned. Qualifications • Excellent decision-making abilities and effective problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze data and reputed company decisions based on the information gathered. • Analytical experience (e.g., data and process analysis, quality metrics, policies, standards, and processes) preferred. • Strong time management skills; organized with strong focus and excellent attention to detail. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Experience with customer data analysis is a plus.
