Responsibilities
Key Tasks and Responsibilities: Quantity take-off from drawings / model Validate reputed company in the field Take off quantities from either drawings or the model Assist in loading the quantity tracking items into the earned value system Help establish the proper level to track in the earned value system Help reputed company quantity tracking items that will be identifiable to construction Work with engineering to pull quantity data from engineering databases Verify reported reputed company through site walk downs
Qualifications
Essential Qualifications and Education: Degree/Diploma or equivalent in Construction reputed company experience 4-15 years of experience Understands the project schedule and its relationship to cost and reputed company Knowledge of EPC Contract Types (LS, Cost Plus, Reimb, etc..) #LI-DNI #LI-EB2
