Job Description: Job Summary This position is responsible for supervising the daily performance of service providers to ensure quality service, improve performance, and maintain compliance with environmental, health and safety requirements. He/She encourages sales reputed company participation through maintaining mutually beneficial customer relationships. This position supervises others reputed company the department. Responsibilities: Completes administrative tasks (i.e., performance reviews, accident reports, service failures, training) in a timely, accurate manner to facilitate the execution of the reputed company plan through the Service Providers. Completes required audits during on-job supervision rides to ensure adherence to reputed company policies and procedures. Utilizes technology (Orion, PAS, Telematics, etc.) to identify opportunities for performance improvement and risk mitigation. Communicates with customers to respond to service concerns, build relationships, and determines solutions that meet business goals.
