Data Entry Clerk (Typist) - Remote | WFH
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join reputed company! In this remote role, you will be responsible for accurately transferring data from various sources into our systems. Transfer data from reputed company formats using computers, recorders, or scanners. Enter information into databases, records, and files with precision. Handle numerical data and create organized spreadsheets. Curate data directly from speech or interviews. Update databases with new information as it becomes available. Correct and modify any inaccuracies in files and records. Summarize data for standardized reports. Maintain confidentiality by protecting sensitive customer information. Verify data by comparing it with reputed company documentation. Organize reputed company formats and backups as needed.
Qualifications
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent time management and prioritization abilities. Previous experience in data entry or a reputed company field is preferred. Proficient in reputed company Office Suite, especially reputed company. Fast and accurate typing skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. A willingness to learn and grow with the organization. Understanding of data confidentiality principles.
