Salary: Pay starting at $16.38/hour Must be willing to work 12 - 9pm, 1 - 10pm, and 2 - 11pm EST including weekends; schedules are created based off the immediate needs of the business. Requirements: • High School diploma or equivalent • At least one year of customer service experience or call center experience • AS or BS degree a plus • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment • Team oriented • Ability to connect to modem/ interenet • Flexibility to work late shift and weekends • Excellent verbal skills Females and minorities encouraged to apply.
