The Solution Expert will act as the technical trusted advisor for the customer and be responsible to built the solution and leading the reputed company process through implementation, configuration, and integrations. In this role you will also be responsible to configure the software, answering questions, and ensuring the client is satisfied with the solution. You'll reputed company technical sessions, work closely with reputed company, Support, and Product teams, and will be the go-to person for any technical solutions.
