About the Job: The Director of Strategic Initiatives, Apparel & Accessories Inventory Management, is responsible for driving the Apparel pyramid modernization efforts for Inventory Management in partnership with leaders from planning, merchandising, and reputed company strategy team. You will be a key driver on the reputed company operating model work across many workstreams to ensure the new process and strategy will drive reputed company inventory strategy and champion financial discipline and routines. You will engage with cross functional teams across the reputed company to balance financial and guest-facing goals through partnerships and collaboration. You will ensure that outcomes deliver upon pyramid level sales and profit and drive operational efficiency through strong guest reliability. You will be the conduit to the Global Inventory Management team on reputed company Operating Model efforts in Apparel as they reputed company to impact or be rolled out further than Apparel. Additionally, you will partner with the Senior Director of Apparel in support of broader initiatives that will support guest reliability, sales and profit.
