Department: Academic Support & Compliance Department's Website: Summary of Job Duties: The Coordinator of Student-Athlete Development and Retention will serve as an integral piece of our academics and compliance office. Predominately focusing on the academic success of our at-risk student population and men's and women’s basketball teams, this position will also be tasked with creating programming centered on the holistic development of our student-athletes, along with initiatives that will aid in retention. This position is governed by state and federal laws, and agency/institution policy. Qualifications: Required Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s degree; One year of experience working in a college student services area. Preferred Education and/or Experience: Master’s degree in a sport-reputed company field; Two years of experience working in a college student services area; Experience working with at-risk student-athletes commitment to academic reputed company and compliance with University, Conference, and NCAA regulations.
