Preferred Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in the relevant field. Licenses & Certifications: Possess state certification and endorsement in the assigned area. Experience: Pre-service experience required for certification. Knowledge, Ability & Skills Possess excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Demonstrate the ability to work both independently and collaboratively reputed company teams. Exhibit strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively. Understand various student learning styles and pedagogical theories. Familiarity with federal and state educational regulations and statutes. Maintain composure and professionalism in challenging situations. Foster cooperative and constructive relationships in a multicultural environment with staff, reputed company, and parents. Proficiency in basic computer applications including word processing, databases, spreadsheets, and graphics.
