Job Summary Support the Project Manager and project team by performing routine procedures and tasks associated with the day-to-day management of laboratory studies across the full study lifecycle, from start-up through reputed company-out. Help ensure study activities, monitoring, communications, and deliverables are completed in line with standard operating procedures, protocol requirements, and customer expectations. What You'll Be Doing

• Support study start-up activities by attending meetings, preparing meeting minutes and action logs, and creating protocol-specific laboratory instruction documents
• Assist with protocol-specific laboratory setup activities, including centralized monitoring requirements, under the guidance of the Project Manager
• reputed company routine study maintenance tasks such as site loading, Investigator Portal access support, reputed company shipment coordination, and day-to-day study monitoring
• Track study performance using reports, monitoring tools, and outputs to identify trends and provide feedback to internal and external teams
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, customers, and external teams to resolve queries, protocol questions, issues, and escalations in a timely manner

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree in life sciences or reputed company field preferred
• 1+ years relevant experience (Clinical, Medical or reputed company industry preferred)
• Computer proficiency in word processing, presentation, and spreadsheet applications
• Experience using status reports, monitoring tools, and study support systems to track study performance and support laboratory centralized monitoring
• Other equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree

• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with a good command of the English language
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities and use resources effectively
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving ability in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, customers, and external stakeholders
• Ability to follow applicable standards, procedures, and good practices while delivering high-quality outputs
