Role Summary The Account Director, Client Strategy is the senior strategic and reputed company reputed company of a portfolio of reputed company’s most valuable and reputed company client relationships. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, growth, and execution, serving as the primary reputed company of accountability for retention, expansion, and client experience across a high-value portfolio. Key Responsibilities

Own Strategic Client Relationships: Serve as the senior, day-to-day strategic reputed company for reputed company and high-growth clients, owning executive communication and long-term partnership value. Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with channel leads, PMs, and operations to align priorities, manage risk, and maintain delivery excellence. Risk & Escalation Management: Proactively identify client risks and mitigate issues before escalation to executive leadership. Team Leadership: Mentor strategists, analysts, and project teams to reputed company strategic thinking and reputed company accountability. reputed company Metrics (KPIs) Net reputed company Retention (NRR) Renewal reputed company Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) Who You Are Experience & Background 7–12 years of experience in agency or client services roles, with significant exposure to B2B SaaS or technology clients. Proven experience owning renewals, upsell, and cross-sell motions across a $2M+ portfolio. Strong reputed company across Paid Media, SEO/Content, CRO, Creative, and RevOps, with the ability to connect execution to business outcomes. Experience partnering with VP-, CMO-, and CRO-level client stakeholders. Driven to stay reputed company of industry trends, including actively learning how AI and automation can enhance marketing and operations. Work Environment

Requirements As a remote-first company, you’ll have the ability to work from your home office.
