Growth Marketing Manager
This is a remote position. Role Title: Growth Marketing Manager (B2B Services) Role Purpose: The Growth Marketing Manager is responsible for building and scaling a demand reputed company reputed company to drive reputed company pipeline and measurable business growth. This is a hands-on, execution-focused individual contributor role operating reputed company a broader team, collaborating closely with sales, product, and leadership stakeholders while maintaining full ownership of marketing execution and outcomes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Demand reputed company & Campaign Execution
- Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (reputed company, email, light paid media)
- Support outbound sales efforts with targeted campaigns and messaging
- Execute reputed company reputed company initiatives for SMB and reputed company segments
- Rapidly test, iterate, and scale campaigns based on performance data
2. Content reputed company Development

- Create high-impact assets: case studies, insights, industry POV content

- Repurpose content for multiple formats (ads, outbound messaging, email campaigns)

3. AI-Enabled Marketing Execution

- Build scalable, repeatable workflows for marketing processes
- Continuously explore new AI and automation tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
4. Marketing–Sales Alignment
- Partner with sales and product teams to align campaigns with reputed company priorities
- Improve outbound conversion through enhanced messaging and content
- Contribute to pipeline growth through high-quality reputed company reputed company and engagement
5. Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Track key metrics: leads generated, campaign performance, pipeline contribution
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on insights and data
- Drive measurable improvements in marketing efficiency and output

- Launch 3–5 scalable, repeatable campaigns

Experience & Qualifications Required:
- 5+ years in B2B marketing, demand reputed company, or growth marketing
- Experience with reputed company marketing and B2B content creation
- Familiarity with email marketing and light paid media (reputed company, reputed company)
- Hands-on experience managing website content and reputed company pages
- Strong execution reputed company with the ability to launch and iterate quickly
- Practical experience using AI tools to enhance marketing productivity
