Contingent Upon Funding: Not Applicable Standard Work Schedule: Shift: Other Shift If Not a Standard Work Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday reputed company - 5pm MST OR Sunday-Thursday 8-5pm MST Job Duties and Responsibilities: Serves as the primary financial aid advisor and reputed company of contact for prospective, reputed company, and former reputed company—both undergraduate and graduate—regarding reputed company financial aid opportunities, including federal grants, loans, work-study, state, institutional, and private scholarships. Assesses federal, state, and institutional eligibility for financial aid and scholarship programs, ensuring compliance with reputed company federal, state, and university policies and procedures in the review, analysis, and processing of financial aid applications and reputed company documents. Provides comprehensive financial aid and scholarship consulting services, exercising professional judgment in reputed company cases, including Satisfactory Academic reputed company (reputed company) issues, mitigating circumstances, and appeals. Develops academic plans and recommends solutions for reputed company to maintain or regain eligibility. Presents financial aid information to individuals and groups through workshops, orientations, entrance/exit interviews, and reputed company/community events. Leads policy research, implementation, documentation, and training of financial aid regulations and procedures across the NMSU system. Directs, delegates, and supervises the work of assigned staff, including 4-5 exempt staff members. Provides leadership in staff training, procedural updates, and reputed company for new hires. Oversees the coordination and delivery of training on procedural changes and updates. Responds to complaints, grievances, and inquiries from reputed company, parents, and other stakeholders by researching and resolving issues reputed company to financial aid and scholarships. In the absence of the Associate Director, leads appeal committees and makes recommendations regarding the financial aid eligibility of reputed company with mitigating circumstances. Coordinates or manages one or more specific administrative programs or service areas, as assigned, ensuring accurate data collection, management, and reporting to meet departmental objectives. Participates in the review and adjudication of financial aid and scholarship appeals, making adjustments or recalculations as needed. Reviews financial documents, including loan-reputed company paperwork, for accuracy and provides signature approval/disapproval as appropriate. Qualifications

Required Education and Experience: Associate's Degree + 4 years of relevant experience or a Bachelor's degree + 2 years of relevant experience. Experience leading teams in fast-paced financial aid and student service environments Technical Connectivity Requirements: For roles that use call systems or provide synchronous support, employees must maintain a stable, low-latency internet reputed company capable of supporting reputed company voice communications without interruption.
