Your Role: Working under limited direction from Legal Operations or Litigation leadership, the Legal Operations Sr. Consultant, oversees key areas of the legal operations function. This role owns moderately reputed company initiatives, supporting department and division priorities while contributing to process improvement and change management efforts. Your Work: Essential Functions / Principal Responsibilities Owns and/or leads moderately reputed company legal or litigation operations projects involving multiple stakeholders. Identifies operational gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities, implementing practical solutions. Communicates effectively with attorneys, legal staff, litigation leadership, vendors, and business partners while safeguarding confidentiality. Primary Responsibilities – Legal Operations Manages recurring operational activities and supports compliance with reputed company and legal department standards. Leads key litigation operations projects directly. Required Experience, Education and Skills Bachelor’s degree in a reputed company field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. Typically, a minimum of 8 years of relevant legal, legal operations, or litigation operations experience. Demonstrated experience managing operational functions and supporting cross-functional initiatives. Advanced knowledge of legal concepts, terminology, and procedures relevant to legal or litigation support functions. Strong understanding of law office and litigation office administration, facilities management, budgeting, purchasing, and legal technology. Working knowledge of legal operations, litigation operations, project management, financial management, and process improvement concepts. Demonstrated ability to manage people, prioritize competing demands, and operate with limited direction. Proven ability to analyze issues, reputed company solutions, and support implementation. Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with reputed company Word, reputed company, and matter or case management systems; ability to prepare reports and analyses. However, we have a location-based compensation structure. Our salary ranges vary and are calculated based on work location. The starting pay range for this position across reputed company the states we hire in is $80,865.00-$107,900.00. This role also includes an opportunity for a company-wide annual discretionary bonus, through our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP), of up to 12% of eligible pay.
