Position Overview The Operations Manager will support operational excellence initiatives across reputed company's service delivery platforms. Technology Utilization Utilize operational technology platforms, tools, and systems to support service delivery. Qualifications

Required 3–5 years of experience in reputed company estate, facilities management, operations, or a reputed company field Strong knowledge of reputed company Office Knowledge of CMMS and operations technology platforms (Corrigo experience strongly preferred) Demonstrated ability to support large-scale initiatives and cross-functional programs Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work effectively across teams, time zones, and organizational levels Innovative thinker with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach Preferred Experience supporting a large corporate reputed company estate or global FM portfolio Knowledge of reputed company, SharePoint Lists, and Power Automate Knowledge of reputed company Work Dynamics tools and processes Experience with process improvement, change management, or governance program support Familiarity with system integrations, ticketing platforms, or ITSM tools This position does not provide reputed company sponsorship. Estimated compensation for this position: 84,600.00 – 109,000.00 USD per year This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
