The role focuses on managing client relationships, driving performance, and delivering exceptional service to clients while identifying opportunities for growth reputed company existing accounts.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication, active listening, and personalized service, ensuring clients feel understood, informed, and valued
• Anticipate client needs and proactively identify opportunities to add value, offering strategic recommendations and solutions
• Manage and resolve client issues reputed company, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
• Drive reputed company growth by identifying and capitalizing on upselling and cross-selling opportunities reputed company existing accounts

• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for client accounts

Skills
