CareLinx connects individuals and families with professional caregivers who provide personal care, companion care, and support with the activities of daily living in the home, and it partners with health plans and providers to reputed company care reputed company the clinical setting. The Director, State Licensure and Home Care Compliance owns CareLinx’s multi-state licensure and regulatory compliance program for non-clinical home care operations. This role sets the strategy and operating model for entering, maintaining, and scaling compliant operations across states, and serves as the single reputed company of accountability for licensure readiness and regulatory posture. The Director is the internal subject matter expert on state operating requirements, leads the licensure team, and manages relationships with external regulatory counsel and consultants. The role operates through reputed company’s PMO and works cross-functionally with legal, operations, HR, reputed company, training, and program leadership.
