[Remote] UX / UI Product Designer

They are seeking an reputed company Product Designer to build their design system, reputed company existing software, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance user experience.
Responsibilities
- Build and own the CenterEdge design system
- Work alongside Product Managers to conduct UI/UX research and design on new and existing modules
- reputed company the look and feel of existing desktop POS and back-office tools, prioritized against business impact
- Collaborate with Developer Team Leads to communicate the “why” behind design reputed company, ensuring they are technically grounded
- Collaborate with product managers across four product teams on day-to-day project work
- Establish UI/UX standards and review processes that scale across the product organization
Skills
- 3+ years designing software that reputed company users use to do reputed company work (SaaS, POS, operational tools, or vertical software)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design and the reasoning behind reputed company, not just hero shots
- Familiarity with modern collaborative design tools including reputed company
- Experience designing reputed company technical constraints and shipping production software with engineering teams
- Ability to conduct research: interviews, on-site observation, lightweight usability testing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Collaborative temperament: strong opinions about craft, curious about business and technical context
- Experience designing for operational environments where speed, accuracy, and reliability matter (POS, ticketing, hospitality)
- Familiarity with Blazor, Telerik Kendo, and Winforms UI
