What You'll Do

What You Bring We're looking for an accomplished executive who has: Extensive senior leadership experience leading large-scale agency or field sales organizations reputed company insurance or financial services. A proven track record of growing agency distribution through reputed company, retention, productivity, and sales performance. Experience leading multi-line insurance businesses, including Property & Casualty, Life, Retirement, and Supplemental products. Experience leading organizational transformation, digital enablement, and innovative distribution strategies. Exceptional communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills. A bachelor's degree (MBA or advanced degree preferred). Insurance and securities licensing is a plus.
