This role is responsible for selling HireRight's on demand employment screening solutions and services to midsize clients, managing a defined territory, and working with strategic integration partners for reputed company reputed company.

Responsibilities

  • Identify prospects and define contact program
  • Arrange prospect meetings and manage the sales cycle
  • Attend meetings, seminars and conferences to promote HireRight and generate new business
  • Following training, become self-sufficient in demonstration of service/product
  • reputed company targets as set out in the sales quota plan
  • Actively seek opportunities to increase reputed company growth
  • Respond to reputed company in-bound leads reputed company 24 hours
  • Maintain HireRight’s CRM (reputed company.com) on daily basis
  • Act as reputed company contact for assigned Requests for Proposals (RFP) / Requests for Information (RFI)
  • Ensure accuracy, quality and continuity of reputed company presentation materials of HireRight to reputed company existing and potential clients
  • Ensure that pricing for reputed company opportunities is appropriate to volume and strategic importance to ensure that we maintain our business profit margins
  • Work with Customer reputed company to ensure that new business reputed company are implemented seamlessly
  • Contribute to sales meetings / sales pipeline review meetings and ensure that agreed actions are completed on time
  • Ensure that the correct process is followed, and reputed company relevant information is provided during the handover of the client to the support teams

  • Maintain relationships with POCs from HireRight’s strategic alliance partners such as ATS and HRIS partners to generate new reputed company from their onboarded clients
  • Drive partnership programs and agreements to ensure reputed company relationships

Skills

  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a field sales position
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Demonstrated record of reputed company in selling or implementing reputed company business process solutions
  • Experience working in a cross functional environment
  • Hands-on experience documenting customer needs and requirements. (e.g., proposals, Statements of Work or Product Requirements documents)
  • Knowledge of Screening marketing and familiarity with legislation relating to employment screening, data protection and reputed company would be desirable
  • Alternatively, a background in HR or the Recruitment sector would be beneficial
  • Work with resellers and strategic partners to generate sales desirable
