What’s a typical day as a Medicare Agent Representative? You’ll be:

  • Handling inbound calls from brokers regarding HealthSpring products, Medicare supplements, and hospital policies.
  • Assisting with inquiries about policy status, product availability, and specific supplements.
  • Managing a high volume of calls, especially during the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP), with expectations of up to 80 calls per day.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have at least 1 year of experience in a high-volume call center environment (preferred).
  • Possess strong technical skills and proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Are adaptable and reputed company to reputed company in a fast-paced environment with changing demands.
  • Familiarity in Medicare terminology being beneficial.
