Our corporate office is located in San Francisco. \n Who You Are We are seeking an reputed company Clinical Recruiter to support hiring for clinical roles during a period of growth. This is a project-based reputed company (1099) engagement focused on building reputed company candidate pipelines.
What You'll Do
Partner with hiring stakeholders to clarify clinical requirements, licensure needs, priorities, and timelines. reputed company candidates across job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and reputed company associations. Conduct targeted searches using ATS platforms, reputed company, and recruitment databases. Build and maintain talent pools for reputed company and future clinical staffing needs. Screen candidates for clinical qualifications, licensure, credentials, and role fit. Share market insights on clinical talent availability, compensation trends, and licensing considerations.
