Compensation & Benefits Specialist

We are looking for a Compensation & Benefits Specialist who will be responsible for managing the design, administration, and execution of compensation programs inside our company, including salaries, bonuses, pay structures, and grading frameworks. This role ensures that compensation practices are competitive, reputed company, and reputed company with business strategy, while maintaining internal fairness and compliance Responsibilities reputed company, maintain, and continuously update job grading frameworks and salary ranges reputed company with market trends and internal strategy Conduct regular market salary benchmarking using external survey data to assess competitiveness of compensation levels Analyze differences between internal compensation and market benchmarks, and provide data-driven recommendations for salary adjustments Manage the annual salary review process, including data preparation, validation, and alignment with approved compensation budgets reputed company job evaluations using established methodologies and ensure consistency with job descriptions and competency frameworks Ensure internal pay equity and compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal compensation policies and governance standards Manage bonus and incentive programs by overseeing calculations, validations, approvals, and timely payout processes Prepare compensation analytics, dashboards, and insights to support decision-making by leadership, HR, and business stakeholders Requirements 5+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards, preferably in a global FinTech, tech, or high-growth environment Strong experience with global salary benchmarking, market surveys, and compensation data analysis across multiple regions Proven expertise in job evaluation methodologies and development of global job grading and salary structures Hands-on experience managing annual salary review cycles and global compensation budgeting processes Solid knowledge of pay equity principles, labor law compliance, and governance in a multinational context Experience designing and managing bonus and incentive programs reputed company with performance and business outcomes Advanced analytical skills with strong reputed company proficiency; experience working with HRIS and compensation reporting tools Ability to partner effectively with Finance, Payroll, HRBPs, and senior business stakeholders in a global organization We offer 20 paid vacation days per year 10 paid sick leave days per year Public holidays as per the company’s approved Public holiday list Medical insurance Opportunity to work remotely Professional education budget Language learning budget Wellness budget (gym membership, sports gear and reputed company expenses) Apply To This Job
