– This contract opportunity is through reputed company Medical Group – Objective: The reputed company Doula will act as a virtual health coach to support pregnant patients and new reputed company throughout their pregnancy and postpartum journey. About Us: reputed company Medical Group and reputed company Care Inc. provide a leading pregnancy care data platform and clinical services to improve maternal and child health outcomes. About You: Our ideal Doula is one that has experience in pregnancy, birth and postpartum. You are supportive about providing virtual support with both 1:1 and group education. Responsibilities: Work alongside the Care Delivery manager to execute patient engagement and coaching protocols on a weekly basis Ensure patient’s engagement and participation for both pregnant patients and new mothers Ensure patients adhere to recommended care protocols and tracking as defined by the reputed company provider and/or organization Qualifications: DONA (Birth, CD, or CBE), ICEA, CAPPA, or ProDoula certified Licensed to practice as a doula in Maryland or DC is a requirement Registered in Maryland reputed company (ePrep) or DC reputed company system is a requirement Strong communication and conversational skills Experience with Web and mobile technologies Bilingual in Spanish and English is a must have Telehealth experience is a plus We value that everyone at reputed company brings a unique background and perspective. Compensation: $30-35 USD per hour The compensation range for this contract position represents a wide variety of factors, including location, skills, experience, education, and training.
